What is it?

This upgrade will add a box to your checkout whereby your customers can enter their postcode to find their address.

Why select this upgrade?

Evidence shows that fewer steps and inputs at checkout increases conversion rates. Adding the address lookup avoids your customers having to manually type in their addresses, which can be especially difficult on mobile devices.

What happens next?

Once added, address lookup will be enabled on your website checkout. Customers can then enter a postcode and choose their address from the matching results instead of typing it manually.

This is a monthly service that renews until cancelled. Lookup covers UK addresses only and relies on a third-party service; customers can still enter an address manually if it is unavailable.
